CrossFit Freshwater recently relocated to a new facility to better accommodate our growing needs, but the core of our community has been around since 2008.

Our goals have always remained the same: help our members improve their fitness capacity through CrossFit. No matter your current fitness level or athletic background...we will give you 100% of our effort to help you achieve your fitness goals.
