H.I.T. Bootcamp (High Intensity Training) features functional movements that members will use everyday. We vary workout movements, training intensity, and  scale workouts based on each unique members fitness ability so that everyone gets a great workout.

Olympic Weightlifting Motor City Crossfit


Our dedicated Olympic weightlifting area is setup for those athletes looking to train in this specific area. Each day is fully programmed by our Barbell Club "CAN-USA". Daily workouts will usually overlap into our CrossFit & Bootcamp areas.
